   Do Customer Service after sales for IBM PC Server and Desktop. Design, analyze and
   setup LAN top structure. Develop software and database by Lotus Notes. Training for
   internal and external users.

a) Do customer service after sales for IBM PC Server and Desktop, and handle some
   complaints. When the end users call in our call center, I analyze the problem
   (software and hardware problems) and help them to resolve the problems by hot line.
   If the problem needs to change the new parts or I can't give them more support
   through phone, I will do on site service for them.
b) Design, analyze and setup LAN and O/A system for Shanghai Railway Bureau
   (100 nodes). The network is included 3 IBM PC Servers (their Operation Systems are
   Novell 3.12), 100 clients (their Operation Systems are Windows 95/98) and one
   switch HUB. O/A applications are MS-Office and Lotus Notes. In this project, I am
   a team leader and there are 5 engineers in my team.
c) Develop Service/Logistic Track System by Lotus Notes R5 for Blue Express Computer
   Engineering Technology Co., Ltd. My major is designing Service Track System module.
   At the end of the project, I wrote the help files and user guides for the system.
d) Design, analyze and setup LAN for Shanghai Hong Qiao Airport. The network is
   included 2 IBM PC Servers (their Operation Systems are Win NT 4 and Windows 2000),
   50 clients (their Operation Systems are Windows 95/98) and one switch HUB. O/A
   applications are MS-Office, Lotus SmartSuite and Lotus Notes. In this project,
   I am a team leader and there are 3 engineers in my team. At the end of this project,
   I made training for the end users for them.
